Description
The Gratitude Journal is at the front of the book to record good things that ‘happen to you’ each day, it’s best to start off doing this daily, but is still successful done a couple of times a week after it becomes a habit. There are dedicated gratitude pages about the special people in your life, things you are good at and things you like about yourself. The Setting Goals component starts on the last page and works backwards into the book, where you can set achievable goals, and work towards them, planning little steps at a time. Examples are included. There are also some creative pages to colour Mandalas and draw or design your own.
