Be mindful of what you are saying to yourself. This poster is a reminder that when we say negative things to ourselves or others, there IS a way to change that thought process. The AMBER/Yellow light has just a few of the questions you can ask yourself to correct your thinking e.g. “Can I think of that another way?   ….. Am I going to let that thought control me? ….
