Description
These poses have been chosen because of the ease of learning and using them in many situations to help you calm your mind and body. All except one are standing poses so they can easily be used in the classroom, on the play ground, at home, on the beach, whenever you need to calm and centre yourself. These are easy poses to learn, instructions on how to teach them are in the Lesson Plans, or you can find instructions online. There are many more that can be added and used to calm the body.
