Description

These lesson plans are easy to follow. You can easily substitute story books for those you already have, and most other resources are included in the Appendix or within the book. A comment from one school was, ‘This is the most teacher friendly program I have seen!’

Parents or other professionals can use it, with the Junior Workbook, one on one or in small groups as well, or to adapt to older or younger students.

    • A game or mindfulness at the beginning
    • A story and / or song
    • Circle time – where EVERY child has a voice.
    • A follow up activity
    • A learning Intention and Success Criteria
    • An ‘At Home’ suggestion for students to talk to their guardians about the lesson
    • Personal and social capability continuum Curriculum Standards for each lesson (they also fit into at least seven other curriculum areas, that are not cited)
    • Posters  to accompany the program
