Be mindful of what you are saying to yourself. This poster is a reminder that when we say negative things to ourselves or others, there IS a way to change that thought process. The AMBER/Yellow light has just a few of the questions you can ask yourself to correct your thinking e.g. “Can I think of that another way? ….. Am I going to let that thought control me? …. How can I solve this? … Am I exaggerating?” etc. If we stay in the negative thoughts process, we are holding our happiness, and that of those around us back. Listen to your self talk today and see if you can improve it. It is not until you listen, that you know! Good Luck, you can do it!!
